Fixed fee for work permit applications

We offer a fixed fee for work permit applications
While we charge hourly rates as detailed below, we offer a fixed fee of 19,900 SEK for a single work permit application. Please note that this fixed fee only applies to the work permit application.

Hourly rates

  • Processing of work permits, visas, and other permits at the Swedish Migration Agency: 1,750 SEK
  • Assistance with opening a Swedish bank account: 850 SEK
  • Company matters that need to be registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office: 1,750 SEK
  • Trademark registration and other related advice: 1,750 SEK
  • Ongoing accounting, payroll, and VAT handling: 750 SEK
  • Preparation of the company’s annual report and income tax return: 1,250 SEK

General terms for pricing

  • All our prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK)
  • Our fees are subject to VAT (25%), which is added to the prices. For your Swedish company, the VAT is generally deductible for tax purposes
  • The application fees to the Swedish Migration Agency are also added to the prices above. The Migration Agency’s fees are exempt from VAT
